Do we offer refunds if product is unsuitable?
Yes, we offer refunds up to 14 days after watch is purchased, providing the watch is unworn and still in its original condition, you can send it back to us and we will refund your payment minus the cost of postage.
My watch is faulty or damaged, what do I do?
If your watch arrived damaged and defective, please send it back to us ASAP for a replacement. We will always inspect the damage.
If want to exchange my watch for another, Can I?
Yes, you may exchange your watch for another, the same conditions as a refund apply to this. You must return it within 7 days, unworn and in its original condition. You must also pay any difference in price for the exchange watch and £5.00 for return postage. You can pay by cash (please put cash inside the watch box, no loose coins) and by cheque (cheque must clear before we send out new watch) and postal order. You can alternatively call our order line 0115 8714081 and pay by credit/debit card over the phone.
Are our watches genuine/authentic?
Yes all of our watches are 100% authentic. We only deal with brand new and genuine articles. We do not sell fakes or replicas. Please be aware of other sites selling similar models at cheaper prices as these are often high quality counterfeits. We are a 100% authenticity guarantee and 2 Year warranty with our watches.
Warranty booklet or card is not stamped, what does this mean?
We do not stamp warranty cards or booklets because we are not authorised retailers, this is due to the fact we sell watches on the Internet and at half the retail price which is against manufacturer retail policies, Emporio Armani or D&G will not allow us to stamp the booklets because warranty would be voided in most cases.
I have not received my watch yet, it says next day delivery?
If you purchase a watch Mon-Thursday before 1pm, you will receive it next day before 1pm and if you buy after 1pm Mon-Thursday, it will be dispatched next day and delivered the following day if using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
We do not work during weekends, so no watches will be dispatched until Monday if bought during this time, and you will receive your watch on Tuesday before 1pm.
If you buy on a Friday after 1pm, it will not be dispatched until Monday.
If you haven't received your watch next day if purchased Mon-Thurs before 1pm, this maybe down to human error or a delay in the post. Call us on 0115 9702111 so we can follow it up. Watches sent outside the U.K are sent using International Signed-For take 2 days for delivery in most cases, but could take anything up to 10 days.
Do you offer discount on watches?
We do not offer any discount on watches, as you will see they are already sold at half the retail value so offering any discount would cut into our minimal profit margins.
I don't have a PayPal account, can i still use your website?
Yes you can. A PayPal account is not required to pay for your item.
I have had a problem with your website while paying for this item. What can i do?
If you have had a problem or error with our website during the checkout please call our office on 0115 9702 111. We will check if any payment has been received and if not we can process your payment over the phone securely using a Lloyds TSB payment service. Please note that most errors are due to your Internet cache, if you clear your Web browser cache and then re-attempt the payment this normally resolves the issue. But if not then our customer service team are available from 9am to 5pm to happily assist you.
