All of of our products are checked before dispatch to ensure we are not sending inferior quality items to our customers. If however for whatever reason you are not happy with your product you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Any Item returned must be sent back in the same condition that it was received in, we can not take responsibility for a general return if the item looks like it has been worn. Please note that custom made rings that are made for you to a specific size and specification will only warrant a 50% refund.
